CONCRETE DENSIFICATION

We also offer concrete densification or densifying, which is; a chemical applied to fill in pores of concrete in commercial and industrial applications to increase the surface density. Densifiers* are used on polished and non-polished concrete to reduce dusting and wear. Concrete will leave porous holes formed from water evaporation during the curing process, similar to a sponge. On polished concrete; densifying can help the concrete appear more polished and make the surface less permeable, alleviating the need for concrete sealing.

Densification covers a broad spectrum of applications but is best suited to larger commercial and industrial applications, such as; warehouses, commercial units, industrial facilities and parkades.
