I always find inspiration from Michael, whether it be a short conversation or watching one of his many videos. I am in awe of the work he does and have seen first hand how his style and demeanor can change a child or adults outlook and attitude after speaking with them. His smile and his energy is unwavering. Michael has spoken at over 500 events around the world to over 100,000 students, parents and teachers. He was the recipient of the Shepard Leadership Award in 2016, and has spoken at Teacher conferences, schools, grade retreats, parent conferences and corporate events.

Talk Up Tuesday – Who’s Grace?

Do you find that people and companies seem to lack Grace and Gratitude these days? I have been noticing a trend with a complete lack of empathy for customers and service in recent months and I am wondering what I am missing that is making people so damn irritable.

We always try to act with grace and extend gratitude when possible. And…. it’s always possible! Granted, we fall down sometimes but it’s about being consistent in your efforts. We are challenging everyone to do the same. Let’s show some love for your clients, your cashier at the grocery store, your employees, you family and so on and so on. Tell two friends and they’ll tell two friends.
